Introduction

The natural rate of unemployment is the rate of unemployment existence of which is quite natural in any economy resulting out of some political, economical, and social causes. It does not consist of any involuntary unemployment except frictional, structural, and voluntary unemployment. Even a healthy and growing economy with a stable price level as well as business conditions experiences a natural rate of unemployment.
