Need help with this question, i tried but got it wrong somehow.

Sean dropped a ball from the top of a building 144 feet high. The height of the ball is represented by the equation h = -16t2 + 144 where t represents the time in seconds. Use factoring to determine how many seconds it takes for the ball to reach the ground. Show the steps as outlined in the lesson content.
