We"ve learned that entrepreneur ideas are born from the changes in the environment of the business physical, societal, and industry. We"ve learned also that we can"t just open a new business without conduction an environmental scanning. The long-term survival and success of the business depends on the critical and through evaluation of the environment. We are not yet ready to open the business. We need to clearly identify and define the customers as not all will become customers of the business venture. We often hear people say you cannot please all. that is also true in business. We cannot satisfy all the needs and wants of everyone.
