Recommendations: the company can continuously use non-financial measures as a means for a bonus calculations especially for the sales team. This will allow to measure performance and determine any form of non-financial measure bonuses that can be granted to employees: there tends to be interdepartmental arguments as departments are not getting along. There should be more team orientated bonuses to influence more team work within the company. This will increase loyalty and productivity within departments: the company feels they are only retaining employees because of the compensation they are offering.
