Freedom to contract people who are not minors have the power and ability to bargain for their contract. The contract governs what it includes and must be followed through. There are certain assurances that can be put on the contract like the sale of good act that can help when certain aspects of the contract are not detailed properly. Domestic legislation this includes acts and statutes that are created but cannot override the constitution. Fair trading act = governs things like the sale of timeshares, telemarketers and debt collectors and how and when they are allowed to contact people. Forum non-conveniens somewhere else is better to hear this case. Another jurisdiction has a better right and ability to hear this case. All contracts should state which jurisdiction would hear the case if it leads to that. You apply the law in which the forum of non-conveniens applies to.
