The product must be good but it also must be sponsored, if it"s not then nobody cares: business is all about connections and who you know. Technology patents and legal rights play a large role in the market. If you buy one, you have to have the passion for it. Internal/external factors that affect the business: martin paquette, property gives you equity to do something else, it"s a stepping stone, what do you need to do to start a business, do a self-assessment, gives you a profile. Type of business, who you"re going to be with and how you"re going to do it: defines your legal structure, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, must do for term taper, unless you know what you"re doing, never do franchise.
